Photography from a boat

Its not every day that I find myself taking a boat to a real estate shoot. This was one of those days.

The Intracoastal Waterway with Goat Island on the left and IOP on the right

This very cool vacation hideaway sits just cross the Intracoastal Waterway from luxurious Isle of Palms. The dock was a fisherman's paradise with room for watching the sunset or cleaning your catch.

Inside, the home featured beautiful woodwork and a cozy beach cottage feel. I loved the little touches like arched entryways in the Master bedroom, and woven dual ceiling fans high above the dining room.

I loved the deck off the master bedroom with views of both the bocce court and the water.
