How It Works
We know how important a first impression can be. We also know that you aren’t a seasoned professional architectural photographer or you wouldn’t be reading this. That’s why we bring our years of experience to bear on every shoot. We know how to capture the essence of a space within the limits of 2 dimensions. Our consultative approach to real estate photography mean we bring added value to each listing. From lighting to seasonally adjusted shoot times we will help you plan the shoot day.
Our Process
Feel free to give us a call. We are here to help you choose the services that best fit your property and target market.
Upon booking, we review the details and scout the property using available imagery and resources.
We will send out appointment reminders and are happy to answer any questions you have to help you and your seller prepare for the shoot.
On shoot day we will begin with a walkthrough to plan compositions and lighting for our time on site. We welcome as much or as little involvement as you and your sellers prefer.
Once back in our office, we will manually composite each composition into a finished image. We review all editing in-house to provide consistent quality- every time.
We deliver your images in a password protected account created for you. We use a service called Capture that provides stunning galleries as well as multiple downloading and sharing options.
