How do I order/ book photography?

A: Our ordering process is designed to be simple and completely online. Use the “Book Your Photoshoot Today” link on the homepage and chose either the “rental” or “real estate” options. From there you can choose your desired photography package and see our availability. The rest of the steps are pretty self-explanatory. What’s the difference between Ellis Creek and Coastal Real Estate Photography?

Ellis Creek Photography is the architecture photography brand established by Josh Corrigan in 2015. Ellis Creek provides architecture, interiors and real estate photography for clients across the Southeast and beyond. Using state of the art equipment, exacting standards, and a consultative approach, Ellis Creek is for when only the very best will do.

Coastal Real Estate Photography was founded by Josh Corrigan and Drew Castelhano to provide high quality but affordable real estate and rental property images for the broader Charleston marketplace. With a simplified technique, easy online ordering, quick turnaround and consistent quality, our photographers will highlight the best features of any home.

What is your pricing?

A: For Residential Real Estate and Rental Property Photography: We offer many options in multiple configurations based on your needs. For this reason pricing can be seen on our respective ordering pages. Just follow the ordering process and you will see the services and add-ons with their prices.

What is your photography process like?

A: For Real Estate:

1. Upon booking, we review the details and scout the property using available imagery and resources.

2. We will send out appointment reminders and are happy to answer any questions you have to help you and your seller prepare for the shoot.

3. On shoot day we will begin with a walkthrough to plan compositions and lighting for our time on site. We welcome as much or as little involvement as you and your sellers prefer.

4. Once back in our office, we will manually composite each composition into a finished image. We do all our editing in-house to provide consistent quality- every time.

5. We deliver your images in a password protected account created for you. We use a service called Capture that provides stunning galleries as well as multiple downloading and sharing options.

Who is the Photographer?

A: Get to know our team here. Josh Corrigan is our Creative Director and responsible for your finished product. Though you will mostly work with Josh, we may also bring other photographers and assistants to your photoshoot. We are proud of the fantastic team we have assembled. What is your turnaround time?

A: Real Estate and Rental Property Photos: Typically 2-3 business days. video: 5 business days

Commercial work turnaround varies by project: Typically 1-2 weeks.

What are your BUSINESS hours?

A: Though our photoshoots often have us up at ungodly hours, our office is open 9 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. Please account for these days/hours when ordering  for expected delivery times.

When and how do I pay?

A: Our time is valuable so we require a 50% initial payment to secure all photoshoots on our calendar. We accept online credit card payments as well as checks.

Who owns the photos?

A: Great question. As a professional photography service operating under federal copyright law, (unless otherwise negotiated in writing) Ellis Creek LLC maintains all ownership and copyright to the images we create. This helps us keep our prices down and ensure the work we do meets a high standard. We provide a limited license to use the images for your intended use (ie. real estate sales, rental property marketing, promoting your firm etc.) For this reason, we ask that you not use the images for purposes outside your license or share the downloaded images with other firms (including contractors, vendors, etc.) Please direct any license related questions to info@elliscreekphotography.com For more info on licensing in general click here.

Can I share the photos?

A: Yes! We want you to be able to share the photos with anyone you like. To that end, you are welcome to share a link to your view only online gallery to absolutely anyone. We do ask that you not share downloaded images with non-licensed parties. Please just direct them to us at (info@elliscreekphotography.com) for licensing. This protects the value of your license and our copyright.
