How We Work

Online booking is available for real estate listing photography and rental property photography only. Visit our Booking & Quoting Options page, select your package and any add-ons, pick a date, and you’re confirmed—no back-and-forth required.

All other services—architectural, commercial, healthcare, construction documentation, and CineFlow video—are quoted individually based on the scope, location, and licensing requirements of each project. These engagements typically begin with a brief conversation so we can understand your goals and provide an accurate proposal. Real estate listing and rental property photography packages are priced transparently through our online booking system—you’ll see every package, add-on, and price before you confirm.

Architectural, commercial, healthcare, and construction documentation projects are each scoped and quoted individually. Pricing reflects the specific requirements of your project, including usage rights and licensing tailored to how the images will be used. Reach out to discuss your project and we’ll provide a detailed proposal.

Real estate and rental property sessions: After booking, we review the property details and scout using available imagery. On shoot day, we begin with a walkthrough to plan compositions and lighting. Once on site, we welcome as much or as little involvement from you and your sellers as you prefer. Images are hand-edited in-house for consistent quality and delivered through a password-protected gallery with multiple download and sharing options.

Architectural and commercial projects: These engagements start with a conversation about your goals, whether that’s portfolio imagery for an AIA submission, marketing assets for a healthcare system, or construction progress documentation. We develop a shot list collaboratively, schedule around your timeline, and deliver retouched images tailored to your intended use.

Real estate and rental property photos are typically delivered within two to three business days. CineFlow video turnaround is approximately five business days.

Commercial and architectural projects vary by scope—typically one to two weeks. We’ll confirm a delivery timeline during the quoting process.

Ellis Creek Photography is a commercial photography firm specializing in architecture, interiors, and the built environment. Our services include:

Our office hours are 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shoots are often scheduled outside of standard hours depending on the project. Please account for business hours when booking for expected delivery times.

Real estate and rental sessions require payment at the time of booking through our secure online system. We accept all major credit cards.

For commercial and architectural projects, a 50% deposit secures your session on our calendar. We accept credit card payments as well as checks.

As a professional photography firm operating under federal copyright law, Ellis Creek LLC maintains ownership and copyright of all images unless otherwise negotiated in writing. We provide a limited license for your intended use—whether that’s listing a property on the MLS, marketing a development, or showcasing completed work in a portfolio or award submission.

We ask that images not be shared with unlicensed parties such as contractors, vendors, or other firms. Please direct any licensing questions to josh@elliscreekphotography.com.

Absolutely. You’re welcome to share a link to your view-only online gallery with anyone. We simply ask that downloaded files not be distributed to unlicensed parties. If someone else would like to use the images, just point them our way and we’ll take care of licensing.
